Quality Management
Today it’s a mandatory requirement for any customer to have the best product irrespective of the Value it possess. Ensuring every garment we ship is of the best quality is our motto. At Sapphire Tex, we consider quality control as a continuous supervision throughout the order cycle and not just at the end. In order to achieve this we get right into the mainstream production and educate people with proper training. We make them understand the consequences and impact of even a minor deviation on the final quality of the product. With an experienced team in place we also provide Inspection services for clients who need Quality evaluation.
Technical Assistance
Some of our customers require technical assistance with regard to manufacturing and we are glad to help them. This includes Pattern analysis by our experienced Pattern makers in the factories for varied silhouettes and fits. Association with various printing, embroidery and dyeing units keeps us updated on the numerous new techniques that keep emerging in the market.
Merchandising
A key tool in the supply chain industry is timely delivery and ensuring correct quantities are shipped to the stores. This involves working closely with the Buying Team and updating the real-time status of the production.
